The imprint
SLM Legacy Press
Discipline in private. Purpose in public. Legacy forever.
SLM Legacy Press is an independent imprint of SLM Legacy Group LLC, founded by Stacy McDaniels in Durham, North Carolina. It exists so stories like hers can be told on their own terms.
What we publish
- Fiction drawn from real life, about reinvention, resilience, and starting over.
- Stories centered on Black women and the lives they build after the plan falls apart.
- Books paired with music, trailers, and narration so a story can be heard as well as read.
